Rum prohibido solera 12 years reserva

“El Ron Prohibido” has its roots in the 18th century, when Spanish ships arriving in America loaded with wine reserves, instead of returning to Spain with empty barrels, began to fill the barrels with the “Chinguirito”, that is Mexican rum. The question of “Chinguirito”, enriched by the sweet notes released by wood barrels, became so high that the King of Spain Philip V of Bourbon was forced to prohibit its production, in order to protect the internal trade of Spanish distillates and to limit the disastrous effects caused to society by excessive drinking. This was the reason why the Mexican "Chinguirito" was banned from 1700 to 1796.

“El ron Prohibido” is no longer prohibited and identifies an original Rum today, which comes back to light in its original recipe, for the lucky fans of the real Mexican rum. Sharpened for twelve years following the Solera dynamic ageing method, El Ron Prohibido is harmoniously played on sweet/black contrast. In fact, a small amount of wine is added.

Gin First Love Box Premiata Officina Luganesi

Box in tin with everything necessary to create a perfect Gin Tonic!

The GIN FIRST:

Gin Primo was born in Romagna from an alcoholic and loving project by Federico Lugaresi.

The need and desire to transform the scents and flavors of its land into a liquid form, above all “ginous”, with a hint of originality is done in the stronger time, until, a beautiful autumn day of 2015 d.C. thanks also to the help of the friend and brotherly adviser Gianluca, the study of Primo begins.

The uniqueness, in addition to the concept of territoriality and craftsmanship, had to be an indispensable characteristic. So the inspiration was born to use as an innovative “Botanica” the taste of the sea, with its unmistakable element........ the salt.

As in the kitchen the salt exalts everything that accompanies, so in Gin Primo it exalts all the aromatic plants giving it an incredible versatility in mixing and a unique and unmistakable elegance in purity.

In September 2016 (always d.C.) after about a year of alchemic work, “First” comes to light, without cesarean, with natural birth and good Romagna immediately demonstrates a strong and sincere character.

Gin Primo has few botanists, the right ones: there is the lavender to give a floral note and why on June 24 Saint John patron of Cesena; the jesus christ, which gives a bitter note to the gin; the grass hege (Chedrin grass) that brings a hint of citrus fruits and finally the chicken gall, the one without which you could not call it Gin and the one on which we pushed to manetta......... juniper. After so many fatigues it is only toast with a very fresh Gin Tonic, obviously based on Gin Primo.

Alcohol content: 43% vol.

Packaging: Box in tin containing: 1 bottle of Gin Primo Sale di Romagna from 70 cl + 4 bottles of Tonica Bianchina from 20 cl + 4 Jar (battles in tin) labeled Gin first.
