Located on Via Croce, near Piazza Marconi called Piazza San Leone, it still produces pasta using old artisan methods. Their recipes include only spring water, high quality semolina, bronze drawing and slow drying, and so much love and experience matured over 40 years.

All this has made Gragnano famous all over the world for pasta!

Each pasta format is rigorously drawn to the bronze and produced with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina Selection Casillo Project Prime Terre.

This semolina is produced with a selection of Italian grains, it is a healthy and genuine product, perfect for adults and children, with a low index of gluten, medium granulometria, the organic semolina preserves great sapidity and fragrances, moreover it is rich in carotenoids, precious natural antioxidants allies of our well-being and is much more digestible.

All packs are made of cellphane and 100% recyclable paper.
