Stravecchio Branca Brandy

Inspired by big Cognac, this Brandy is characterized by a warm and enveloping taste, with complex and longevous body; does not fear time thanks to stay in oak barrels, which is the crucial stage of production, in a wise blend of wines ranging from a minimum of three to a maximum of ten years. Inside the barrel there is always a third of the mixture, exactly as happens in the sunny method of the Ports, and this is the characteristic that every time gives new taste-olfactory sensations. Great to taste smoothly, with ice or as a punch, this Brandy with multiple uses will not disappoint you!

Numa Secundus Rex brandy Italian aged 25 years Valle del Marta

The “NUMA Secundus Rex” of Valle del Marta is a very special reserve, the long aging is spent resting in three different types of wood barrels.

Manufactured by Valle del Marta, is a distillate with strong personality and intense honey color that transcends in a dark garnet.

The wide and complex scent is accompanied by sweet notes of bitter almond and wild black cherry that fascinate and intrigue the tasting. The palate is round, warm and velvety, with a soft and persistent aftertaste.

Old Romagna Brandy mignon

It was 1820 when the Distillery Giovanni Buton was born in Bologna, from an idea of the Buton family, already a producer of Cognac in the French area of Charent. Brandy's vine was immediately the Trebbiano Bianco and, after numerous attempts, in 1939 saw the light "Vecchia Romagna", one of the historical distillates of our country, a crucial brand, presented to the public in the unmistakable triangular bottle that still distinguishes it today. The evolution of a great classic is the version "Etichetta Nera", distilled from the finest grapes and with a long-term refinement in oak barrels, known and appreciated all over the world for its quality and for the Italian taste.

Brandy from the name “SUPERBO”, produced by Valle del Marta, is a distillate with a well-defined personality: it has an intense honey color. The aroma of vanilla and tobacco accompany the hint of wood that has aged it and that completes the bouquet.

Numa brandy Italian aged 25 years Valle del Marta

Brandy from the name NUMA is aged for 25 years in wooden barrels, produced by Valle del Marta, is a distillate with a strong personality and an intense honey color. The aroma of vanilla and tobacco, accompanies the sweet and light notes of sweet almond and wild cherry that distinguish its taste.

In the mouth is warm and velvety, with a soft and persistent aftertaste.

The distillate was awarded first place in the global competition World Spirits Competition which was held San Francisco in march 2020, is considered the Best Brandy in the World and is produced in Tarquinia in the province of Viterbo.

Red Bitter Cherry Valle del Marta

It is a bitter liqueur prepared with a base of aromatic herbs, fruits and spices.

The dominant characteristic is the visciola or sour cherry, a small and particularly coloured fruit, with a slightly sweet and acre flavor even if ripe. The cold water infusion of this fruit gives the liquid an intense bright red color. The aroma enhances the scent of cherry; despite the bitter herbs typical of a digestive liqueur, the taste is pleasant, almost tamed with red fruit that persists even in the aftertaste.

First taste pure grape aquavite grade

Grapes are obtained by distilling the fermented must in the presence of the skins, so it is used both the solid part and the liquid part of the grapes. Powerful, intense and elegant, the Primo Assaggio Puro Grado Acquavite d’Uva Bottega is produced from healthy bunches and rich in must, a precious raw material and a great aromatic charge.

Intense and complex, the palate has fresh fruit notes.

Ypioca Prata Cachaca pure sugar cane

The cachaca Ypioca Prata is a distillate that comes from Brazil, the manufacturer, the Ypioca distillery, made the company's diamond tip.

The raw material of departure is sugar cane cultivated in their estates from which the virgin cane juice is extracted which, after careful fermentation, will be distilled and then aged in Brazilian wood barrels Freijo for a year.

This will give Ypioca Prata a unique aromatic profile, along with a decidedly softer structure.

Neutral, the nose immediately shows great complexity, with notes of sugar cane stem, banana leaves, pepper and spices. The taste is then very structured, then the notes of the exotic fruit mature and flavors ranging from sweet to spicy.

Black Bitter Orange 24% Valle del Marta

A liqueur prepared with the cold hydro-alcoholic infusion of herbs and roots grown and collected in the valley of the Marta river, in Tarquinia.

The aggrumato is given by the infusion of the peel (only the orange part) of the «merangola or merangle» an orange typical of the Italian peasant tradition.

In the town of Tarquinia there are traces of this shrub since 1300, where farmers used fruit juice to aromatize bruschetta, or the peel to smell some types of vegetables during cooking.

Description: Visively the bitter has a color ranging from the burned amber to black coffee, in the backlight with bitter streaks. In the perfume prevails the scent of citrus that leaves only little space to the spicy and herbaceous notes that characterize a bitter. The taste is complex, enveloping, pleasing, rich in taste.

In a sip an ultracentennial history, it was 1884 when Lionello Stock opened the first distillery and began the production of his brandy.
