The Wine of Poeti Prosecco DOC is a Brut sparkling wine produced with Glera grapes grown in the province of Treviso, a land of choice for this vine located in the north-eastern area of Italy. This type of grapes is cultivated according to classic and traditional techniques and has maintained in the years unchanged its quality and its typicality that characterizes the Prosecco wine, the most famous Italian sparkling wine and best sold in the world.

Nao Nis Prosecco DOC Brut

Excellent as an aperitif, especially indicated with fish dishes.

The wine is obtained from grapes from our best vineyards whose selection takes place in compliance with precise rules and is the result of the careful work of a farm technician. The base wine, equipped with selected yeasts and sugar, is refermented in autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation follow the processes of stabilization and filtration. The wine obtained is bottled with modern technologies.

COLOUR: straw yellow with greenish reflections.

PROFUM: intense, complex, fine, fruity.

SAPORE: pleasant, fresh and fragrant.

PERLAGE: fine and persistent.

Line products Mionetto Spago evoke the past of a wine fruit of a long history, witness of a centuries-old tradition: the hand-tied string. An ancient technique used by vignaioli to prevent the bottles from falling during natural fermentation. Proposed to the market just from Mionetto in 1961, the ligature is still handmade.

Cuvée Blanc - White sparkling wine Extra Dry

Straw yellow color, intense and elegant floral aromas with shades of pink and licorice. They complete the scent bouquet of acacia, honey, pear and apricot. Velvet on the palate with bitter and spicy aftertaste.
