The Barricata Private Reserve originates from a Amarone grappa reserve. The result of the distillation of fermented grapes from the production of the very fine Amarone della Valpolicella wine is the result of the passion and skill of the distillers masters, capable of transforming a solid raw material into a transparent and crystalline liquid, from the exceptional organoleptic profile. The long aging in wood gives it the characteristic intense amber color and enriches its bouquet, giving life to a grappa that is striking and intriguing able to satisfy even the palates of the most demanding connoisseurs.

Grappa Sandro Bottega

The grappa, the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy, is obtained from the solid residue of the pressing of the wine grape. The careful distillation of the marc allows to extract and exalt the unique characteristics contained, in particular, in the skins that are the seat of the aromatic components. Grappa barricade Bottega

Grappa di Cabernet e Merlot . Slender and elegant, it is characterized by amber color of the content. The combination of Cabernet and Merlot grapes gives rise to a round, full and important grappa. The steam distillation, developed by Bottega, enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes of the two vines. This grappa is aged for about 12 months in barrique, where it acquires the hints of vanilla and the characteristic amber color.

Sandro Bottega

Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special process of smoking wood.
The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine are obtained scented marc that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro Bottega. The resulting grappa is left to mature in smoked casks fuoco.Questo delicate process increases the aromatic charge of barriques, which give the distillate the typical amber color and the pleasant scents of smoked wood.

Grappa Giovane Bottega

The Bottega Distillate grapes were created by a sophisticated blend of grapes with a remarkable organoleptic heritage. The vinacce, healthy and still mostose, are distilled in three stages at different temperatures in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing (more protection of aromas) and in which heating takes place in a bathroom (indirect and therefore more delicate system).

The Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of grappa Prosecco aged in oak barrels submitted to one special wood smoking process.

Grappa Tarquinia reserves aged excellence Valle del Marta

After the distillation of the marc, the Tarquinia Excellence grappa is immediately planted in wooden barrels for a minimum in 36 months up to 72 months. The long aging, makes the grappa soft, warm and caressable and balanced.

The straw yellow color recalls the color of the wood, which in turn enriches the scents with a slight aftertaste of tobacco.

Late Grappa of Amarone aged Bottega grapes

Tardiva is an aged grappa obtained by distilling the skins of a selection of passite grapes resulting from the production of the very fine Amarone della Valpolicella wine. Fruit of a millenary tradition, the grappa is a product able to evoke atmospheres and emotions that have been handed down intact until today. Tardiva is the result of this ancient history but also of the evolution in the technique of distillation of marc and the use of modern technologies: an elegant and refined distillate that, thanks to the aging in wood, is enriched with unique and unmistakable notes.

OF Ligneum grappa with lime honey

The unmistakable character of OF ligneum Miele di Tiglio comes from the union of a lively and intense aged grappa, characterized by notes that can be traced to the scents of ripe red fruit and spicy tones, with the particular balsamic shades of Italian lime honey.

This creates an apparent and inimitable combination of softness, roundness and body.
