A homemade liqueur that was popular in the countryside after the war, now re-proposed with an exceptional result!
Pisco Quebranta Santiago Queirolo
Since 1880 Pisco Queirolo has been sharing party moments with all Peruvians. Produced with Pisco grapes, selected from the vineyards located in the valleys of Cañete and Ica. These are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to obtain a high quality must that, once distilled in copper alembics, releases all its potential.
Clean and transparent, with silvery reflections. Predominant fruit aromas such as raisins and almonds. Present and character on the palate. It is recommended to serve it slightly cold or in cocktails.
Origin: Peru.
