The Barricata Private Reserve originates from a Amarone grappa reserve. The result of the distillation of fermented grapes from the production of the very fine Amarone della Valpolicella wine is the result of the passion and skill of the distillers masters, capable of transforming a solid raw material into a transparent and crystalline liquid, from the exceptional organoleptic profile. The long aging in wood gives it the characteristic intense amber color and enriches its bouquet, giving life to a grappa that is striking and intriguing able to satisfy even the palates of the most demanding connoisseurs.

Grappa Sandro Bottega

The grappa, the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy, is obtained from the solid residue of the pressing of the wine grape. The careful distillation of the marc allows to extract and exalt the unique characteristics contained, in particular, in the skins that are the seat of the aromatic components. Sandro Bottega is a product of great personality that has an elegant and attractive packaging: a delicate bottle reminiscent of a grappa drop at the time of distillation

Negroni Premix Bottega

The traditional Italian cocktail, in this new version ready to be served, presents the characteristic ruby red color, with vermile reflections, and a typical, intriguing and articulated bouquet.

Born from aMix of three Bottega products: Vermouth Rotto Bottega + Bitter Bottega + Bacur Distilled Dry Gin Bottega.

The short dosage of the three elements gives rise to a Negroni in perfect balance between the dry conferred by the Gin, the dessert due to the vermouth and the bitter note of the bitter.

Bacur Dry Gin Bottega

The Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to botals with which it is produced. The juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peel are left to macerate for a long time in a hydro-alcoholic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate from the fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.

Grappa Alex Alexander Bottega 70cl

Young Grappa

The Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the most famous and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three stages of distillation implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing (more protection of aromas) and in which the heating takes place in a bathroom (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This is achieved by a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which it improves the aromatic profile and softens the spigolocity.

Grappa barricade Bottega

Grappa di Cabernet e Merlot . Slender and elegant, it is characterized by amber color of the content. The combination of Cabernet and Merlot grapes gives rise to a round, full and important grappa. The steam distillation, developed by Bottega, enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes of the two vines. This grappa is aged for about 12 months in barrique, where it acquires the hints of vanilla and the characteristic amber color.

Sandro Bottega

Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of Prosecco grappa aged in oak barrels subjected to a special process of smoking wood.
The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine are obtained scented marc that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro Bottega. The resulting grappa is left to mature in smoked casks fuoco.Questo delicate process increases the aromatic charge of barriques, which give the distillate the typical amber color and the pleasant scents of smoked wood.
