Exquisite Grappa aged Red Tuscan Alexander

The Exquisite Grappa Invecchiata Rosso Toscano is produced with the vinacce of autochthonous and international grapes, cultivated in the land of election, and used for the production of Tuscan red wines of great body and structure, among the most known and appreciated in the world, alfieri dell'enologia Italian and protagonists undisputed of the history of wine in Italy. It is produced in three stages of distillation in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing (more protection of aromas) and in which the heating takes place in a bathroom (indirect and therefore more delicate system) allowing to preserve the aromatic fullness and fragrance of the grapes of origin. It is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels that are produced with techniques of great tradition: freshly cut wood is left to dry in the open air for a minimum period of 24 months during which you have a water loss contained in it and a elimination of the most astringent tannins. The slats are cut, assembled and then proceed to an intense toast. During the aging process in these oak barrels, chemical and physical reactions occur that give the distillate a bouquet of greater complexity, a softer taste and a typical amber color.
