Limoncello Limoncello Bottega

It is produced from an infusion of skins of the Female Lemon. Cultivar characterized by a fine grain peel and the high quality of essential oils. Cultivated natural and without treatments, they are collected at the highest degree of ripening, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white part (amara) and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. The lemon peels, thus obtained, are put in alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality makes this Limoncino unique.

Alcoholic grade: 30% vol

Bottega milk liqueur cream

Liqueur that combines the intense fragrance of coffee with the delicate elegance of the milk flavor in perfect balance between them. It starts from a carefully selected coffee bean mix. The beans are crushed and bathed in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days which are mixed at least 4 times a day. Then we proceed to filtration, stabilization and we get a coffee dye, which is mixed with a cream of sweet and velvety milk. The addition of grappa gives this Macchiato Milk a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Tardiva is an aged grappa obtained by distilling the skins of a selection of passite grapes resulting from the production of the very fine Amarone della Valpolicella wine. Fruit of a millenary tradition, the grappa is a product able to evoke atmospheres and emotions that have been handed down intact until today. Tardiva is the result of this ancient history but also of the evolution in the technique of distillation of marc and the use of modern technologies: an elegant and refined distillate that, thanks to the aging in wood, is enriched with unique and unmistakable notes.

Powerful, intense and elegant, the Primo Assaggio Puro Grado Acquavite d’Uva Bottega is produced from healthy bunches and rich in must, a precious raw material and a great aromatic charge.

Intense and complex, the palate has fresh fruit notes.

The pistachios, produced by a plant native to the Middle East, which grows spontaneous and lush on the slopes of Etna, a great Sicilian volcano, have always been recognized for nutritional properties. The clever mixing of this pasta with alcohol, water and sugar gives rise to a creamy, round, enveloping liqueur, intense aroma and intoxicating Sicilian pistachios. The addition of grappa gives this product a final touch and an unmistakable aroma.
