Bickens London Dry Gin
Synonym for quality, passion and competence, thanks to the careful selection of ten botanyals and the process of meticulous production that crosses 6 phases.
1)SELECTION: Selection of botanicals, sought in every corner of the world.
2)MACERATION: Herbal maceration process, impregnated with neutral wheat spirit and heated during the night using natural water from the source of the distillery.
3)DISTILLATION: Distillation of 3-4 hours, in the two alembics Angela & Jenny, collecting only the heart of the distillate and removing the heads and tails.
4)MISCELATION: Angela & Jenny distillate mixing.
5)DEVELOPMENT: Marriage of flavors and dilution, bringing the distillate from 80% vol. to 40% vol. thanks to the use of water.
6) IMPLEMENTATION: Bottling of the blend.
