Bickens London Dry Gin

A taste born from a distillation process performed at Langley Distillery, a historic Birmingham distillery, located in the UK and founded in 1805. One of the oldest family-run English distilleries producing alcohol for more than 100 years. The stages of preparation to achieve the creation of a perfect and high-class mixture are 6 and provide meticulous and methodological attention. From a careful selection of botanical herbs, to distillation in the two alembics, to the mixing of the two distillates to finish with a wedding of taste and dilution ready to be bottled. Bickens it also offers a Premium Pink Distilled Gin version that differs in color, aroma and taste, allowing a fresh, citrus alternative, with a touch of sweetness.

Synonym for quality, passion and competence, thanks to the careful selection of ten botanyals and the process of meticulous production that crosses 6 phases.

1)SELECTION: Selection of botanicals, sought in every corner of the world.

2)MACERATION: Herbal maceration process, impregnated with neutral wheat spirit and heated during the night using natural water from the source of the distillery.

3)DISTILLATION: Distillation of 3-4 hours, in the two alembics Angela & Jenny, collecting only the heart of the distillate and removing the heads and tails.

4)MISCELATION: Angela & Jenny distillate mixing.

5)DEVELOPMENT: Marriage of flavors and dilution, bringing the distillate from 80% vol. to 40% vol. thanks to the use of water.

6) IMPLEMENTATION: Bottling of the blend.

Alcohol content: 40% vol.
