The Distillery
RobyMarton Gin was born in Treviso in 2013, from a project of his own creator and eponymous. It is produced in a historical Distillery in Bassano del Grappa, according to a traditional method, it is subjected to two different processes of distillation, and a long cold infusion of natural botanists.
In the first process alcohol is distilled with juniper, obtaining the base of the gin; in the second phase it is made, for about 10% of the total volume, a cold infusion (called cold-compound) with 11 botanists: citrus peel, cinnamon, licorice root, anise seeds, juniper berries, pink pepper, horseradish root, ginger, cloves, piment, cardamom. This second process of distillation makes Roby Marton Gin unique in its kind, the scents are clean and intense, the set is elegant and persistent taste.
For each distillation, careful research of the best quality of botany takes place depending on the season, for this reason each batch is different, with notes and spicy scents that can vary according to the origin of spices. A handmade gin, handmade and followed meticulously in every production phase, and the microfiltration that is performed allows a golden and peat color that always distinguishes it.

RobyMarton Gin High Proof maintains the same characteristics of the original with the addition of 8,5 degrees in order to taste at best all the peculiarities. The result is a complex gin, well structured and dry, with hints of juniper, licorice and ginger, followed by delicate citrus notes.

Gin artisanal produced by the method ofcold infusion from a selection of best raw materials and subjected to two phases of distillation.
After the first phase, a part of the distillate is entered into steel stems where it will face the final finish through a cold infusion process with cardamom and a part with juniper berries.
