Menabrea is the oldest brewery in Italy.

An absolute primacy, given by the alchemy of three elements: original recipe of beer, quality of raw materials, beer culture.

The choice to use the ingredients of the traditional recipe is winning. As well as the modernization of the historic establishment to continue production in the same place as ever, close to the waters of the Biella Alps. Perfect water from the organoleptic point of view to join the "noble hops" of Hallertau in Bavaria, to the strain of yeast, to the malt of Vitry-le-François, in the heart of the Champagne region, selected directly from the Birraio Master.
