Bacur Dry Gin Bottega

The Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to botals with which it is produced. The juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peel are left to macerate for a long time in a hydro-alcoholic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate from the fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.

Gin First Premiata Officina Luganesi

Gin Primo was born in Romagna from an alcoholic and loving project by Federico Lugaresi.

The need and desire to transform the scents and flavors of its land into a liquid form, above all “ginous”, with a hint of originality is done in the stronger time, until, a beautiful autumn day of 2015 d.C. thanks also to the help of the friend and brotherly adviser Gianluca, the study of Primo begins.

The uniqueness, in addition to the concept of territoriality and craftsmanship, had to be an indispensable characteristic. So the inspiration was born to use as an innovative “Botanica” the taste of the sea, with its unmistakable element........ the salt.

As in the kitchen the salt exalts everything that accompanies, so in Gin Primo it exalts all the aromatic plants giving it an incredible versatility in mixing and a unique and unmistakable elegance in purity.

In September 2016 (always d.C.) after about a year of alchemic work, “First” comes to light, without cesarean, with natural birth and good Romagna immediately demonstrates a strong and sincere character.

Gin Primo has few botanists, the right ones: there is the lavender to give a floral note and why on June 24 Saint John patron of Cesena; the jesus christ, which gives a bitter note to the gin; the grass hege (Chedrin grass) that brings a hint of citrus fruits and finally the chicken gall, the one without which you could not call it Gin and the one on which we pushed to manetta......... juniper. After so many fatigues it is only toast with a very fresh Gin Tonic, obviously based on Gin Primo.

Sabatini Gin London Dry Gin

A London Dry Gin with the Tuscan spirit

Love Tuscany and love the good Gin.

Two factors that seem unrelated to each other, to those who are not experienced in this distillate, because few know that the best Ginepro, used for the production of many high quality Gin, comes from Tuscany.

Here, in Teccognano, a hamlet of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, the Sabatini, a family very linked to this land, decided to make this relationship even more narrow and to elevate the degree of toscany of the Gin.

What? Using not only the juniper but also a whole series of botals collected mainly in the family property and in the surrounding areas, to create a London Dry Gin of excellence expression of the terroir of origin. It was so that in 2015 the Sabatini Family composed of Henry, Philip, Niccolò and Ugo founded the Teccognano S.r.l., family company today made up of more employees.
