Frog smoke aged Sandro Bottega

The Sandro Bottega Fumé is a selection of grappa Prosecco aged in oak barrels submitted to one special wood smoking process.
The name Prosecco immediately brings to mind the wine known all over the world. From the green yellow grapes of the Glera vine are obtained scented marc that, still fresh and vinous, are distilled according to the method of Sandro Bottega. The grappa that comes is left long mature in smoked barrels on fire. This delicate process increases the aromatic charge of barriques, which give the distillate the typical amber color and the pleasant scents of smoked wood.

Grappa Alexander spray

Grappa di Moscato Alexander Spray, enclosed in a bottle with vaporizer, is a grappa born to taste the fleeting emotion of an olfactory taste.

This grappa is made from the still fresh and golden marc of white Moscato. It is distilled in steam alembics without raising too much the alcohol level to allow to better grasp the aromatic intensity. Vitigno Moscato

Transparent and crystalline. It gives smell to fruit smells and medicinal herbs; to the taste is striking, devoid of harshness, soft with hints of the vine of origin, fruit

MODE OF USE: It is suitable for vaporizing on oysters, risottos, prawns, pastries, cigars and coffee.

The latter, called Scented Coffee, is the traditional espresso, to be sprayed on the surface with three or four grappa sprays.

Bacur Dry Gin Bottega

The Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to botals with which it is produced. The juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peel are left to macerate for a long time in a hydro-alcoholic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, by purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate from the fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.

Grappa Alex Alexander 150cl

Young Grappa

The Grappa Bianca Alexander, which derives from a blend of the most famous and renowned vines of north-eastern Italy, is produced in three stages of distillation implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing (more protection of aromas) and in which the heating takes place in a bathroom (indirect and therefore more delicate system). This is achieved by a soft, refined Grappa that, before bottling, is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which it improves the aromatic profile and softens the spigolocity.

Prosecco Grappa Alexander

The grappa is a grapevine of vinaccia and it is obtained by distilling the peels of the fermented grapes derived from the production of wine. It is the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy and owes its name to the “graspo” , dialectal term to indicate the “grap”. The fruit of man’s ingenuity and passion is the result of the wisdom and peasant experience capable of transforming a solid raw material into a transparent and crystalline liquid rich in many organoleptic sensations.

Grappa Chardonnay Alexander comes from the tender and golden yellow skins of the chardonnay grape essential ingredient in the wine making of fine sparkling wines. It is produced in three stages of distillation implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing and in which the heating takes place in a bathroom. This is achieved by a Grappa that keeps intact the aromatic profile of the starting vine and which stands out, in particular, for the delicate sensations both floral and fruity.

The Cru Grappa Alexander, which comes from a refined blend of Glera and Moscato created in long years of research and testing, is produced in three stages of distillation implemented at different temperatures and in traditional copper alembics, which allow vacuum processing (more protection of aromas) and in which the heating takes place in a bathroom (indirect system and therefore more delicate). In this way, a fragrant grappa is obtained able to satisfy, during the tasting, both the nose and the most demanding palate. Before bottling, it is aged in steel tanks for about 6 months, during which it improves the aromatic profile and softens the spigolocity.

Grappa Alexander Sauvignon

The Alexander grappa from Sauvignon comes steam distillate, in traditional copper alembics, and is a unique product in its elegance, characterized by a delicate aromatic intensity that makes it perfect to dilute the utlime drops of coffee that remain on the bottom of the cup.

Clear and crystalline color, expresses to the nose unmistakable vegetal aromas of field herbs, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs, between sage and bay, together with strong spicy sensations of nutmeg and cloves. The taste impact is dry and dry, delicate and velvety, in a structured body full of aromatic remains reminiscent of white peach and hawt, towards a long mineral trail.
