Whisky Baileys cream, dense and full-bodied with a brilliant Fallow color, the perfume is cream and toffee, with aromas of almond and hazelnut; the taste is soft and sugary. Over 80% of the ingredients are Irish: the cream of milk, supplied by two companies, is produced with milk of about 40000 cows bred in 1500 farms of the eastern irish coast; irish whiskey provided by "The old Midleton Distillery" of Cork County is a mixture of three whiskeys. Within 36 hours of milking the milk cream is mixed with whiskey then the aromas are added: cocoa, vanilla, caramel and sugar.
