Created on the banks of the Demerara, the aged rum El Dorado smooth and individually complex represent over 300 years of Caribbean rum processing. Continuing faithfully to use the original wooden alembics, they are masters in skillfully extracting rich and different aromas from within the spirit.
Leaving both the time and the unique climate of Demerara do their course, lay the oak barrels for decades to give El Dorado a wealth of perfumes and an unsurpassable depth.
The El Dorado 12 Year Old has a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavors, largely due to the wealth of esters acquired by EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.
The nose luxuriant tropical fruit and spices with hints of honey and dark sugar.
Soft, full-bodied with rich flavors of fruit and spices. A delicious, elegant and dry finish.
