The red embodyes the genuine Piedmontese red tradition and comes from a carefully selected base of wines.

The right refinement, for a period of time varying according to the seasons, ensures that the flavors meet harmoniously to reach an unmistakable aroma.

The warm and enveloping scent of wood, balsamic and chin, recalls past pharmaceutical blends and is characterized by hints of wormwood, bitter orange, alpine mint, cloves, and other spices.

It has a full and soft taste and gives a pleasantly bitter and round finish, rhubarb and gentian.

The traditional Piedmont aperitif par excellence.

Gin Monsieur is the first of the Gin Del Professor and is born from a carefully selected blend of spices and herbs.

Ginepro, lavender, angelica, orange, pink, chamomile and other aromas blend into the first quality alcohol component, giving rise to an unusual product with lively floral and balsamic notes.

The recipe, secret, comes from a centuries-old knowledge of herbal art, a long period of research conducted to perfect the balance of ingredients and a pinch of creativity.

The distillation and infusion processes give the characteristic amber color.

A non-ordinary artisan product, with a thousand facets and combining strength and softness, ideal for true lovers of gin.
