List of products by brand Champagne Forest-Marie

As evidenced by the act of ownership in front of 1746, the cultivation of the vine has a long tradition in the family Forest-Marie. Today it manages a heritage of vineyards that has gone away growing in the course of nine generations to which each contributed with his own experience. The name of the current brand: Forest-Marié is in itself a symbol. It illustrates the union of two families: one of Trigny, from where Thierry comes; the other from Ecueil where his wife Gracianne was born. With their children Louis and Marthe, they strive to perfect the care given to each vine, according to the peculiarities of each locality.

86 plots of land, each one.

The Mont des Chrétiens, the Blanches Vignes, Les Rosets, Les Chaufours, Coulmiers... impossible to name the names of the 86 plots that make up their vineyard. They are distributed on different villages Ecueil, Sacy, Villedommange classified Premier Cru and, of course, Trigny where the press and cellars are located. Each is unique, for its soil, clay more or less calcareous, limestone or silica, its wavy, its sunshine. Each one welcomes the most suitable vine for its specificity: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier. Its exposure and its typicality will also depend on the delicate choice of the best time for its collection. A decision that Thierry and Gracianne leave no one else. One of the advantages of being independent winemakers.
