History of wineries Briziarelli begins in Umbria in the early twentieth century, thanks to the commitment of Pio Briziarelli: local entrepreneur, philanthropist, man of great ambitions, after moving the first steps in the fields of clay chooses to exploit the potential of generous Umbria by founding its farm. Right here in 2000, the cellars Briziarelli started a new project, in a farm of 50 hectares between Bevagna and Montefalco. Nestled in the fine wine area of Sagrantino DOCG, an area synonymous with quality viticulture that over the last 40 years has extensively upgraded and revalued its territory.
