The Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore DOC, considered the “minor brother” of Amarone, is a unique and inimitable red wine, because it is produced with a precise enological technique that has a long and consolidated tradition.

The Collio DOC area is located at the extreme north east of Italy, between Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. The DOC Venezia is a name of recent origin. The relative disciplinary was published on 7 January 2011 and subsequently amended on 30 November of the same year.
