Rooibush pineapple and ginger Nat Tea
South Africa red tea with pieces of pineapple and ginger.
It is obtained from the processing of leaves and sprigs of a shrub of leguminous that grows in the plateau near Cape Town. The fermentation process gives the drink its characteristic red color. Ananas and ginger add a very aromatic exotic taste. It doesn't contain caffeine.
Recommended pure.
Infusion time: 5 minutes
Water temperature: 90-95 °C.
