Spicy fig gel
Gel made with an infusion of figs and chili in sugar syrup. From the sweet taste, it is a fun topping to give nuances of taste to cheeses, tartare, boiled, grilled meat or fish, gourmet burgers, sushi and sashimi, salads and cooked vegetables, fries, bruscato bread, yogurt and ice cream and... every dish or dish suggested by fantasy.
