A completely new range is born to respond to an ever-changing market.

Spreadable creams Perugina professional are fat-based creams (called "healthy"), whose main use is that related to ready use, including fillings of breakfast products such as croissants, donuts, crepes, tarts, muffins, filling of chocolate pralines, chocolate bars stuffed, macaron, cookies, combinations with drinks like the milk shake and coffee, ice cream decorations and other desserts.

Other uses, mainly dedicated to the most experienced customer able to transform the product, are cake shells and pastry products, making creams or soft torroni with addition of chocolate, anniversary products, aromatization with spices or inclusions or flavoring pastes.

Professional spreadable cream whose main use is linked to ready use, including: fillings, filling, combination with "milk shake" drinks, decoration and uses mainly linked to expert users capable of transforming the product, such as cake coverings, cremini , nougats.

Suitable for use with dispenser.

Characteristics : without hydrogenated fats, gluten-free and palm oil-free.

Ideal for: post-cooking filling, filling of pralines and bars, croissant filling, icing, cutting cremini and cake inserts, flavoring of doughs and creams, ganache.

Packaging: 3 kg bucket suitable for the dispenser.
