Manufactured by Mionetto with grapes coming exclusively from the hills of the DOCG area, Valdobbiadene Prosecco presents a pale straw yellow color, lively and brilliant, with mild and thin foam and harmonious bouquet, garbato. The palate turns out to be dry in just measure and characteristic.

Line products Mionetto Spago evoke the past of a wine fruit of a long history, witness of a centuries-old tradition: the hand-tied string. An ancient technique used by vignaioli to prevent the bottles from falling during natural fermentation. Proposed to the market just from Mionetto in 1961, the ligature is still handmade.
