Cenobio, a name that recalls the historical meaning of the monastic community, as such welcomes our red grapes: Pollera, Barsaglina and Merlot.

The florality with which the nose opens is surrounded by marasca, black pepper, aromatic herbs and a pietrose trace that gives value to the bouquet.

In the mouth it shows wide, has a clear progression with a body nervous by fresh sensations, the tannic structure is articulated and agile, gives support and vitality to the taste tension up to the pleasantly long and spicy finish.

DIR IGT Tuscany

The Deir, which means Monastery, was born from the marriage of Syrah and Merlot: the grapes of the two vines are vinified separately in open-steel with a long maceration.

The wines are aged separately for at least 12 months to be assembled later.

It has an immersive olfactory impact: small black fruits, spices, aromatic herbs and dark minerals are just some of the countless sensations.

To the taste everything finds the dynamic taste that is expressed in harmony between the tannic power and the finesse of the fresh nuances. The imposing structure is always elegant until the epilogue radiating minerality.

Cabernet Sauvignon by Venezie IGT Bottega

The geographical indication “TREVENEZIE” includes the region Veneto, the region Friuli Venezia-Giulia and the province of Trento. It owes its name to “Tre Venezie” or “Le Venezie”, with which it is still known today this territory of ancient history and wine tradition. Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the varieties allowed by this IGT, is one of the most popular and well known vines in the world and is particularly suitable for the production of wines of remarkable quality and longevity. Born from the intersection (spontaneous) between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc and has the best features of both.

Barsaglina IGT Tuscany

Barsaglina is an important autochthonous vine of the province of Massa and Carrara, with which wines of great thickness and character have always been obtained.

The grapes ferment in steel with a prolonged maceration, the wine obtained then refines for at least 15 months.

It has a noble and complex nose that opens on floral memories followed by small fruits, dark spices and undergrown scents.

The palate is deep, intense; the tannic plot of rank and the important structure are always flanked by a good acidity and a persistent finish. It shows a thick and impenetrable purple ruby color.

Pollera IGT Tuscany

Pollera is a native red berry vine that has its roots in the historical Lunigiana where it has been cultivated for centuries.

The grapes, with thin-skinned grapes, are vinified in steel. The wine obtained is then aged for at least 12 months.

In the glass, it shows a soft and delicate color. On the nose, it expresses an aromatic fan all characterized by elegance, with hints of marasche, small red berries of wood, black pepper and balsamic-mineral nuances.

On the palate, confirms a fresh taste dynamic, which has as its main characteristic the finesse; the structure has an average content of silky and deep tannins that amplify its persistence and verticality.
