Bottega Candy Liquor Cream
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and moderate alcoholic gradation, characterized by an intense aroma of caramel. The "milk sweet", also called "milk jam" is a cream made of milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that it was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where he was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both present a typical aromaticity, a softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with carefully chosen ingredients to reproduce the scents of these traditional desserts to which it is inspired.
