A homemade liqueur that was popular in the countryside after the war, now re-proposed with an exceptional result!
Champagne Thierry Forest Premier CRU Brut
It comes from the municipality of Trigny, in the mountain of Reims. The soils are mainly plastered with a superficial layer of clay and limestone. Hand harvested, bottle aged at least 4 years on yeasts. Use of wine reserves at 50% harvest 2011 and 50% harvest 2012.
Bright straw yellow color with amber reflections, very intense and inviting to the nose with a bouquet of fresh yellow fruits, plums, apricots and white flowers, then almonds and focaia stone. The palate is fresh, intense, persistent and mineral. Important structure, red fruits and hints of toasted bread and citrus peel, creed and grapefruit. Persistence that amazes and fascinates.
