Nestlè spreadable creams.

A completely new range is born to respond to a constantly evolving market.

Perugina professional spreads are fat-based creams (called "anhydrous"), whose main use is linked to ready-to-use, including fillings for breakfast products such as croissants, donuts , crepes, pies, muffins, filling of chocolate pralines, filled chocolate bars, macarons, biscuits, combinations with drinks such as milk shake and coffee, decorations of ice cream and other desserts.

Other uses, mainly dedicated to the most experienced customer able to transform the product, are the coverings of cakes and pastry products, the creation of cremini or soft nougat with the addition of chocolate, products for recurrence, flavoring with spices or inclusions or flavoring pastes.
