The Rum Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a fine Venezuelan rum, considered one of the best in the world. It is made using sugar cane molasses and pure water from the Andean mountains of Venezuela.
After fermentation, the rum is distilled in column stills, and then aged for a minimum of 12 years in American oak barrels. The result is a rum with an intense character, with notes of orange, toffee and licorice that blend harmoniously and persistently.
The texture is soft and velvety, with a long and enveloping finish.
The Rum Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva stands out for its complexity and elegance, which make it ideal to be enjoyed alone or to create refined and sophisticated cocktails.
