My Dietor Fruttil Fructose
Fruttil is pure crystalline product. Fructose is the sugar of which ripe fruit and honey are particularly rich. Its delicate flavor enhances and enriches the taste and aroma of the foods to which it is added. Fruttil has a higher sweetener power than sugar: in fact, at the same weight it sweetenes 30% more. This makes it possible to use smaller quantities for the same sweetening. Fruttil is obtained with a specific processing process, carefully controlled at each stage, which guarantees a high level of quality and purity.
