Vermout MARTINI White, Wine and Herbs.

MARTINI White is the MARTINI par excellence. Known in the past as the Bianchissimo, it leaves a soft note of vanilla on the lips. Winner of numerous awards since 1910, the White Lady is known and loved all over the world.

Vermouth couldn't exist without either. Together they love with their taste, aroma, structure and color. Our products are the result of the blend of Trebbiano wine from Emilia Romagna and the Sicilian Catarratto, to which we add, with the craftsmanship that distinguishes us, extracts and distillates of selected aromatic herbs.

Venedika Rosso Venezia DOC BOTTEGA

Doc Venezia is a recent designation of origin. The relevant specification was published on 7 January 2011 and subsequently amended on 30 November of the same year. It extends in the eastern part of the Po Valley, in an area between the provinces of Treviso and Venice, dedicated to viticulture since Roman times and highly dedicated to the cultivation of different varieties. It is from these lands that venedikà Venezia DOC BOTTEGAcomes, a wine that contains two souls because it comes from the marriage of an international vine (Merlot) with a native vine (Raboso Piave).

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Bottega

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the most prestigious Italian wines. Known and renowned all over the world, it is rightly considered as one of the great reds able to offer the greatest guarantees of longevity. Montalcino is located about 40 kilometers south of Siena, in a beautiful hilly area. This rural and unspoiled landscape is rich in historical and architectural suggestions. In 2004 it was included in unesco world heritage, as a World Heritage Site.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG

Amarone DOCG, the most prized red from Valpolicella and one of the most important Italian wines, has conquered the most refined palates all over the world in recent years, thanks to its unique and inimitable personality, its charm and its character of an ancient but at the same time modern wine.

The peculiarity of Amarone Prêt-à-Porter lies in the aging of four years which makes it particularly elegant, with great structure and long life. The American designer Denise Focil created a fashion bottle for Bottega which was in fact enriched by a label printed on a rectangle of light leather, framed by a series of metal studs.

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the most prestigious Italian wines. BiBio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP Savini organic wine

The color is ruby red, lively and deep. Fresh hints of wild cherry stand out on the nose followed by slight spicy and balsamic nuances. The taste is intense, soft thanks to the already velvety tannins, while not giving up a certain freshness in the finish.

Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter goes beyond the idea of bitter: explosive and intense, it brings citrus, herbaceous and floral sensations in the mouth in addition to the bitter notes. What makes it unique is the long and pleasant persistence of the bitter taste.

Inspired by the 1872 Martini Bitter recipe, master blenders created a modern version of the original.

All-natural ingredients, including rare botanicals such as saffron, angostura peel and calumba, create a beautifully complex and balanced flavor perfect for today's definitive Negroni or, alternatively, serve it with ice and fresh grapefruit juice for a delicious and refreshing aperitif.

The color is bright bright pink. Elegant on the nose, it has fresh aromas of wild strawberries and wild cherries, with subtle spicy nuances. Consistent to the taste, it is fresh and savory; in the finish, the delicate tannic sensation leads to a mineral mouth closure, with spicy nuances.

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense on the nose, the fresh citrus notes turn towards delicate spicy scents and nuances of aromatic herbs. Wine with an intense mouth, the fresh acidity brings fragrance and drinkability, the original savory note frames the pleasant citrus nuances that emerge in the aftertaste.
