A London Dry Gin with a Tuscan spirit

To love Tuscany and to love good Gin.

Two factors that seem unrelated to each other, to those who are not experts in this distillate, because few know that the best Ginepro, used for the production of many high quality Gins, comes from Tuscany.

Here, in Teccognano, a fraction of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, the Sabatini, a family very attached to this land, have decided to make this relationship even closer and to raise the degree of Tuscanity of Gin. </ p>

How? Using not only juniper but also a whole series of botanicals grown mainly on the family property and in the surrounding areas, to create a London Dry Gin of excellence, expression of the terroir of origin. So it was that in 2015 the Sabatini family made up of Enrico, Filippo, Niccolò and Ugo founded Teccognano S.r.l., a family business today made up of several employees.

Gin Mare - Mediterranean Gin

Gin Mare is mainly characterized by its spicy notes, aromatic herbs and some citrus notes.

Although commonly associated with cloves, aromatic compounds such as eugenol are also present in other ingredients such as basil or orange peel.

Big Gino is a 100% Italian artisan dry gin. Starting from an alcoholic base of the highest quality wheat, it is produced with a cold-compound of three natural botanicals: juniper, pomelo and allspice berries.

Roby Marton original gin high proof

RobyMarton Gin High Proof maintains the same characteristics as the original with the addition of 8.5 degrees in order to better savor all the particularities. The result is a complex, well-structured and dry gin, with hints of juniper, licorice and ginger, followed by delicate citrus notes.

Elegant, refined and decisive.

Excellent accompanied with tonic or ginger beer but spectacular if enjoyed straight or, even better, with an ice cube.

To best enhance its qualities, it is recommended to serve it with licorice.

Gin Primo Africa Giramondo Award-winning Officina Luganesi

Primo Africa is a hot, spicy gin that roars and burns like the sun of this land. At the base of our beloved and unmistakable juniper we added 8 other botanicals by infusion and then distillation, all enhanced by the salt pearls of Namibia.

Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections reminiscent of tea in the African desert.

Taste: Spicy with a beautiful balsamic overture that quickly turns to sweet and fragrant notes of vanilla and ylang-ylang, crossed by bitter and spicy sharps of pepper, turmeric and mango to close on cocoa bean flats.

Big Gino May Chang

Big Gino May Chang is a Litsea Cubeba-style gin.

An evergreen tropical plant, belonging to the Lauraceae family, grown in Japan.

May Chang means call of the angel.

The plant is well known in aromatherapy for its health properties.

Sweet and refreshing, Big Gino May Chang is a gin whose taste recalls the liveliness of lime and yutzu.

Alcohol content: 45% vol.

Tanqueray London Dry Gin

Gin London Dry the Tanqueray is distilled four times,strictly in copper stills, by four fundamental botanicals: juniper, coriander, licorice and angelica. A crucial product of the category, which for almost two centuries has been an example of distillation of excellence.

BACUR DRY GIN BOTTEGA

Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals with which it is produced. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon peels are left to macerate for a long time in a hydroalcolic solution and then proceed to a double distillation that, purifying the liquid from any unwanted scents, allows to obtain an elegant distillate with a fine and clean bouquet. The final character of this gin, therefore, is linked to its components but its quality and complexity depend not only on the number of plants used but also on the conditions of extraction of the aromatic components from each of them.
