Negroni Premix Bottega

The traditional Italian cocktail, in this new version ready to be served, presents the characteristic ruby red color, with vermilion reflections, and a typical, intriguing and articulated bouquet.

It comes from aMix of three BOTTEGAproducts: Vermouth Rotto BOTTEGA + Bitter BOTTEGA + Bacur Distilled Dry Gin BOTTEGA.

The shrewd dosage of the three elements gives life to a Negroni in perfect balance between the dry conferred by gin, the dessert due to vermouth and the bittering note of bitters.

Limoncino limoncello Bottega

It is produced from an infusion of Femminello Lemon skins. Cultivar characterized by a fine-grained peel and the high quality of essential oils. Grown naturally and without treatment, they are harvested to the highest degree of maturation, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white (bitter) part and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. Lemon peels, thus obtained, are put into alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality is carried out that makes this Lemonade unique.

Raspberry liqueur cream BOTTEGA

Liqueur characterized by an intense aroma of raspberries. Raspberries, with an intense red color and a sweet taste with the characteristic acidula note, are macerated in water and alcohol for a few days. The subsequent distillation allows to obtain an absolutely natural compound rich in the typical aromas of this fragrant fruit. The mixing with the sweet cream of milk gives a pleasantly soft consistency able to caress the palate and enhance the typical and delicate flavor of the raw material that is the basis of this product. The addition of grappa gives the Raspberry BOTTEGA a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Peach liqueur and grappa BOTTEGA

The natural juice of peaches, grown in suitable regions that have the optimal conditions to obtain a sweet and juicy pulp, is expertly mixed with grappa, alcohol and sugar giving life to an amiable, captivating and unmistakable flavor. The excellence of the raw materials used, together with the natural extraction processes, allows to obtain a product particularly suitable for those who love to live in a healthy and healthy way.

Rose Liqueur - Bocca di Rosa

Rosolio, also called "the liqueur of the past" for its very ancient origins, spreads from the end of the seventeenth century. He was born in the convents, where the nuns macerated rose petals in alcohol, to produce a liqueur with which to welcome important guests. It becomes, within a few years, the liquor of the "ladies", used in particular to celebrate celebrations such as baptisms, engagements and weddings. Thanks to its particular and elegant aromaticity, with a very 'feminine' taste, it is possible to consider, today as then, the liqueur of hospitality and chatter.

Sweetflower liqueur cream BOTTEGA

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of white chocolate. The "white variant" of chocolate, which derives from a traditional processing of cocoa beans, has always been highly appreciated in particular by younger consumers. With a typical ivory color, it has an intense and persistent scent and taste with hints of milk, butter, vanilla and biscuit. A characteristic bouquet that is found in the Fior di Latte BOTTEGA and that goes perfectly with the voluptuousness and softness of the sweet cream of milk. The addition of grappa gives this product a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

It is liquorice, with its sweetness, its virtues and its unique personality, the precious raw material of this cream with incredible aromatic intensity. The fresh roots, which come from the Ionian coast, are properly treated in order to obtain first a paste and then an extract that presents intact all the active ingredients and the intense aroma of licorice. From its skilful mixing with alcohol, water and sugar comes a velvety and inviting liqueur, with a deep black color, which fascinates for the intensity of the perfume and for the complexity of the sweet and spicy taste. The addition of grappa gives this product a particular aromaticity that makes it unique and unmistakable.

Cinnamon liqueur BOTTEGA

Cinnamon is a spice with a thousand-year history, known and appreciated by the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians for its characteristic aromaticity and its beneficial properties, able to earn over time the name of "spice of kings". Whole ceylon cinnamon berries, the most valuable and richest in odorous compounds, are infused into water and alcohol. The quality of the raw material and the slow natural process of extraction of aromatic substances allow to produce an intense and concentrated cinnamon tincture that is then expertly mixed with our best grappa, alcohol, water and sugar. This results in a liqueur with a unique and unmistakable personality.

Caramel Liqueur cream BOTTEGA

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense caramel aroma. The 'milk cake', also known as 'milk jam', is a cream made from milk and sugar typical of the countries of South America. Legend has it that he was born in Argentina in the 19th century by mistake, when a maid forgot on the fire the pot where she was cooking milk and sugar. Of English origin are mou candies, produced from the same raw materials but with different doses and times. They both have a typical aromaticity, softness and creaminess that we find in our Caramel, produced with ingredients carefully chosen to reproduce the scents of these traditional sweets to which it is inspired.

Pomegranate Liqueur of Sicily BOTTEGA

The fruit, called pomegranate, is rich in mineral salts, vitamins and has recognized antioxidant abilities. The natural pomegranate juice of Sicily, extracted from the seeds called 'arilli', is expertly mixed with alcohol, grappa and sugar giving life to a fresh liqueur, of great character and personality. The excellence of the raw materials used, together with the natural extraction processes, allows to obtain a product of great balance and pleasantness.
