Distilled with over 40 different types of herbs and spices,bitter UNICUM is one of the oldest herbal liqueurs in all of Europe, with over 200 years of history behind it. In fact, it is said that in 1790 Dr. Zwack, court physician of Joseph II Emperor of Hungary, offered the king a sip of this herbal digestive and that the King's comment was "das ist ein unikum!", thus baptizing this unique bitterness. The spices and herbs come from the 5 continents and are harvested and pounded by hand,still following the traditional recipe and aging takes place for years in oak barrels, with alternate tastings by a special commission of tasters.

Liquorice cream BOTTEGA

Limoncino limoncello BOTTEGA

It is produced from an infusion of Femminello Lemon skins. Cultivar characterized by a fine-grained peel and the high quality of essential oils. Grown naturally and without treatment, they are harvested to the highest degree of maturation, washed and peeled by hand eliminating the white (bitter) part and selecting only the yellow part, rich in essential oils. Lemon peels, thus obtained, are put into alcohol infusion for about 30 days. Finally, the addition of sugar and grappa of great quality is carried out that makes this Lemonade unique.

Cinnamon liqueur BOTTEGA

Cinnamon is a spice with a thousand-year history, known and appreciated by the Greeks, Romans and Egyptians for its characteristic aromaticity and its beneficial properties, able to earn over time the name of "spice of kings". Whole ceylon cinnamon berries, the most valuable and richest in odorous compounds, are infused into water and alcohol. The quality of the raw material and the slow natural process of extraction of aromatic substances allow to produce an intense and concentrated cinnamon tincture that is then expertly mixed with our best grappa, alcohol, water and sugar. This results in a liqueur with a unique and unmistakable personality.

Orange Curacao Liqueur Monin

Curacao is a liqueur flavored with the dried peels of oranges originating from the West Indies island of Curacao, a tropical paradise with secluded beaches that enjoy year-round sunshine.

The unaged brandy, coming from the Cognac region, is the alcoholic base used in the production of the whole range of Monin liqueurs, while for the flavourings, fruit or natural aromas of the highest quality are used, the same raw materials used for the invaluable range of syrups. Monin Orange Curaçao Liqueur has an orange aroma with varying degrees of bitterness. The drink was first developed and marketed by a Spanish family originally from Curaçao in the 19th century.

It is ideal for those who want to delve into the world of tiki. A fundamental ingredient of the Mai-Tai, it also finds its place in other applications such as, for example, mixed in smoothie after-dinner drinks.
