Vecchia Romagna Brandy

It was 1820 when the Giovanni Buton Distillery was born in Bologna, from an idea of the Buton family, former producer of Cognac in the area French of Charent. The vine chosen for brandy's production was immediately the Trebbiano Bianco and, after numerous attempts, in 1939 saw the light "VECCHIA ROMAGNA", one of the historic distillates of our country, a crucial brand, presented to the public in the unmistakable triangular bottle that still distinguishes it today. The evolution of a great classic is the "Etichetta Nera" version, distilled from the finest grapes and with aging for a long time in oak barrels, known and appreciated all over the world for its fine quality and for its all-Italian taste.

Roby Marton Gin Momo

Artisan Gin produced with the cold infusion method from a selection of the best raw materials and subjected to two stages of distillation.

After the first phase, a part of the distillate is placed inside steel barrels where it will face the final finish through a cold infusion process with cardamom and a part with juniper berries .

Cardamom gives the gin a strong and defined scent .

Complex and dry gin, with a marked hint of juniper and cardamom, followed by more delicate balsamic notes.

Don Diego Encantador Single barrel selection

Don Diego Encantador Vintage 1997 reflects the passion for distilling premium quality vintage Panama Rum.

Produced in full tropical climate, distilled from sugar cane molasses aged in small oak barrels of the best quality.

Aging is characterized by abundant evaporation which gives liveliness.

It is particularly deep, but at the same time light and full of aromas.

It has an antique amber color.

The nose is clear and fragrant with candied fruit, tobacco and sugar cane, which leaves a persistent hint of wood and chocolate in the nostrils.

It has a round, sweet and warm body, with an excellent balance between flavors of molasses, caramel and toasted almonds that persists for a long time.

Gin Monsieur Del Professore

Gin Monsieur is the first of the Del Professore Gin and comes from a blend of carefully selected spices and herbs.

Juniper, lavender, angelica, orange, rose, chamomile and other perfumes blend in the first quality alcohol component, giving life to an unusual product with lively floral and balsamic notes.

The secret recipe comes from a centuries-old knowledge of herbal art, a long period of research conducted to perfect the balance of ingredients and a pinch of creativity.

Jack Daniel's Tennessee apple

Jack Daniel's old No.7 uses pure spring water and a unique maple maturation process of sweetened charcoal perfected since 1866. Whiskey along with green apple liqueur (McIntosh, Red Delicious and Granny Smith) all natural, crunchy and green. It took years to perfect, but the result is a delicious and complex Jack.

Jim Beam Kentucky straight bourbon Whiskey

This Whiskey is obtained from the low temperature distillation of a mixture of cereals mainly maize and with a small percentage of rye and barley called Sour Mash, fermented twice. Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon has aged for at least four years. The color is amber gold, with sweet aromas of vanilla and mown hay, dried fruit, honey and aromatic herbs stand out on the nose. When tasted, it reveals good body and softness, with sweet notes of toasted oak, vanilla and custard.

Pellerossa liqueur Rum and Honey Marzadro

Pellerossa is an aged Rum based liqueur combined with the precious honey of the Trentino apiculture. The result is a perfect balance between silky aromas and spicy notes, intertwined with enveloping aromas and a full and sweet taste. Exalt after meal, delicious as an aperitif but also excellent base for original and lively cocktails. A liqueur of unmistakable personality, free and wild, ancient and young at the same time. Pellerossa must be deguised with ice in a medium-sized glass, to better appreciate its intense flavor.
