Pellerossa liqueur Rum and Honey Marzadro

Pellerossa is an aged Rum based liqueur combined with the precious honey of the Trentino apiculture. The result is a perfect balance between silky aromas and spicy notes, intertwined with enveloping aromas and a full and sweet taste. Exalt after meal, delicious as an aperitif but also excellent base for original and lively cocktails. A liqueur of unmistakable personality, free and wild, ancient and young at the same time. Pellerossa must be deguised with ice in a medium-sized glass, to better appreciate its intense flavor.

From the infusion of the Chamomile plant, coming from the uncultivated meadows of our Trentino mountains, through a cold maceration of about 30 days in Grappa, we obtain a liqueur that combines the properties of Grappa and the aromatic ones of Chamomile. </ p>

Bouquet: floral and enveloping.

Structure: delicate and aromatic.
