Batida de Cocco Mangaroca - coconut liqueur
Typical Brazilian liqueur,Batida de Coco, obtained from the infusion of fresh coconut milk in pure alcohol and sugar syrup, is not only the necessary ingredient for the preparation of long drinks and cocktails with an exotic flavor but it is also a delicious liqueur to enjoy smoothly, both on-the-rocks and, for example, added to hot chocolate to give it that extra touch.
Milky white color, it releases to the nose immediate and intense aromas of fresh coconut wrapped with an alcoholic touch; on the palate it is smooth, full-bodied and moderately sweet, with a very long fruity persistence.
