Created on the banks of the Demerara, the smooth and singularly complex aged El Dorado rum represents over 300 years of Caribbean rum making. By faithfully continuing to use the original wooden stills, they are masters at skillfully extracting rich and diverse aromas from within the spirit.
Letting both time and Demerara's unique climate take their course, they lay the oak barrels for decades to give El Dorado a richness of aromas and unsurpassed depth.
El Dorado 12 Year Old has a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavors, largely due to the richness of esters acquired by the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.
Lush tropical fruit and spices with hints of honey and dark sugar on the nose.
Soft, full-bodied with rich fruit and spice flavors. A delicious, elegant and dry finish.
