Sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint, glasswort, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus flowers, black tea and, of course, juniper. Each in its right measure to obtain the subtle and balanced notes that characterize the peculiar aroma of the Galician gin Nordés.
