SANBITTÈR red

Red, sparkling and cheerful. Always an icon of the aperitif. When you think of a non-alcoholic aperitif you think of Sanbittèr Rosso which has always given Italians pleasant and carefree moments. Red color, sparkling taste and cheerful spirit even without the addition of alcohol.

Serve Sanbittèr Rosso with a "crusta" of almond flour. To make the "crusta", lightly wet the edge of the glass with lemon juice, pass the wet edge in the almond flour and then pour Sanbittèr Rosso into the glass. To create a contrast with the red of the drink and its bitter taste, you can replace the flour with black salt.

SANBITTÈR White

Clear, sparkling and loved by all. Its transparency is synonymous with sincerity: its refined, sparkling and alcohol-free taste makes it original and distinctive during an aperitif. Appreciated by all for its sparkling and modern soul.

Accompany the Sanbittér Bianco with a fresh oyster: place a sprig of lemon thyme on the open shell. Lemon thyme will give a touch of freshness to the oyster.

For vegan friends you can replace the oysters with Oyster Leaf: these small green leaves contain the true flavor of oysters.

Temperature: serve Sanbittèr Bianco fresh from the fridge.
